We have a highly trained and experienced staff capable of meeting all of our clients' needs. We pride ourselves on the personalized manner in which we approach each case. By carefully listening to our clients' concerns, keeping up to date on the rapidly changing family case law, statutes and legislative actions, and consistently striving to represent our clients in the most professional and efficient manner possible, we are able to offer a highly personalized approach to each client's case.

Kimberly D. Brooks
Attorney
Kim graduated from Southern Methodist University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate Degree in 1999, and also attended and graduated cum laude from University of San Francisco with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science in 1995. Kim is licensed to practice law in all Idaho State Courts and has been providing legal services to Idaho families for over 20 years.
Kim loves Idaho and enjoys spending family time with children Garrett and McKenzie, and enjoys fishing, hunting, skiing, snowmobiling, horseback riding and being outdoors.
Caela
Assistant
Caela is the heart and soul of the firm and most likely will be your first point of contact. She has a passion for people and advocates for all clients. Caela was raised in Idaho and loves caring for her plants, her friends and her family.
Rebecca
Paralegal
Rebecca graduated cum laude with honors from Boise State University, in 2013 with a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice. She also attended and graduated Phi Theta Kappa with honors from Lone Star College in Houston, Texas, with her Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies.
Rebecca has 12+ years’ of experience in law and assisting victims and families in need working with Ada County Sheriff’s Office and Ada County Prosecutor’s Office, specializing in domestic violence, sexual abuse, and criminal law.
She loves all Idaho has to offer, enjoys spending time with her friends and family, including white water rafting, hiking, camping, exploring new hot springs, and playing with her pups.
Kate
Paralegal
Kate is a proud Idaho native who loves the outdoors, fitness, hiking, yoga, paddle boarding and spending time with her 9 year old son. She is passionate about healthy co-parenting and reunification of families. Kate is in the process of becoming an Idaho Foster parent and hopes to serve many Idaho families in the reunification process. Kate has been a paralegal specializing in family law for over 4 years and loves staying up to date on Idaho law and educating and helping her clients through difficult times to a positive outcome.
